Overhead moving camera boom shot
Camera boom and jib arm shots can "fly" the viewer from up to 12 feet in the air down to one inch above the ground in a single smooth motion. This effect is best used to create and dramatic introduction to a new scene by producing exciting shots that are normally only seen in Hollywood movies. |
Professional lighting on location
Depending on the amount of natural sunlight and time of day, controlled lighting can improve the detail and color quality of your scene by several times over. |
Agent interviews, on location or using a virtual set
Add your personal touch to each video. Use a short introduction to highlight your unique experience and qualifications to your buyer, and display it on your website and DVD. We will help you to develop your personal brand name with the quality used in broadcast television commercials.
Using a green screen and virtual set technology, we can shoot your introduction video once, and then place any new property photos, video or artwork you need directly behind you. This will save you time and production costs as your video introduction speech is shot ONCE and used over and over, displaying your latest property in the background without ever reshooting it. |
Text placement in video
We can place any style and combination of typewritten text, in any portion of the video that you desire. For non changing, static items such as prices, addresses, URL's and telephone numbers, the cost will be a $25.00 flat fee for the entire video. |
Add simple floor plan to video
When your tour is being shot on location, our team will obtain a approximate floor plan for the property. Next we place a simple animated version of the property's layout in the video, and constantly update the viewer's current location on the floor plan. |
Add your existing logo to the video
We will place your existing company logo that you provide in printed or electronic form, into you video tour. |
Design a NEW company logo for the video
Illuminated Video Inc. will provide you with a premium quality, computer graphic company logo and place this image in any location, and for any duration in your video. Additionally, printer quality copies of your new design will also be provided to you at no additional charge. |
Professional voice over
Multiple languages, styles and regional dialect are available, all in professional television / radio announcer quality. |
DVD professional replication, amaray case, with full color disk surface printing (using standard or custom design and shrink wrap)
The professional replication is the EXACT same process as Hollywood movie studios use to sell their product in retail stores, complete with individual shrink wrap. |
Custom menu system design and animated interface
Illuminated Video Inc. will develop a retail quality menu system for your DVD title, complete with cinema quality graphics and sound.
(Please note : Programming and menus are NOT required for automatic looping of your DVD disk. Looping is extremely useful for large scale / automatic public displays such as open house events. This feature is standard on all DVD disks we produce, unless otherwise desired .) Standard tour includes one looping DVD. |
